Manager of Operations:
Full-time, permanent. The Manager of Operations oversees all aspects of people & culture, contract, project, and property administration, for the finances and daily operations for our multi-faceted organization. This senior management position works closely with the Executive Director and Manager of Finance to ensure smooth operations through rigorous controls and checks relating to personnel and benefits administration for both union and non-union employees, contractual obligations from diverse funding partners and the society's board of directors. Exceptional strategic-thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail are essential to your success in this role.

Maintenance Coordinator:
Part-time, 10 hours per week with room to grow for the right candidate. The Maintenance Coordinator brings a high-level of organization to lead the team in efficient operations of six housing facilities in Keremeos. As the Coordinator you will work closely with the Housing Coordinators and Maintenance Workers overseeing general building maintenance, developing and managing preventative maintenance programs, and liaising with third-party contractors procuring outside work. Experience with capital asset planning and managing budgets is essential to this role.

Relief Housing Coordinator:
Casual, for vacation and illness coverage. The Housing Coordinator is responsible for tenant relations, including securing suitable tenants, managing communications, and responding to concerns. Familiarity with Residential Tenancy Act and social purpose housing is an asset. The Housing Coordinator will work closely with the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to ensure the properties remain safe and clean and will engage with outside contractors to complete work within budget restrictions. The position requires strong communication skills and an ability to supervise and prioritize effectively.

Tech Savvy Similkameen Coordinator:
Casual, 7 hours per week. As the Tech Savvy Coordinator you will recruit and lead a team of volunteers who will connect with local seniors to offer one-on-one and group sessions that help seniors becoming more confident in using their devices. You will work with community providers to offer workshops that will allow seniors to protect themselves online and learn how to be vigilant about cybersecurity. The hours for the position are flexible and work is largely out in the community. Keeping records of attendance and volunteerism, anecdotes on successes and time management are essential.

Assisted Living Worker (Casual):
The Assisted Living Worker delivers exemplary personal care services that enhance life
quality and peace of mind for seniors living within the assisted living residence. Under
the direction of the Assisted Living Coordinator or Leader, delivers personal care and
housekeeping, laundry, dining, social/recreation programs as driven by the needs,
interests, choices and abilities of assisted living residents. Acts as a member of the
program team, and helps to support the independence of assisted living residents.

The Multi-service Worker delivers exemplary hospitality services that enrich the life quality of seniors living within the residence.
