Seniors Housing: Tumbleweed Terrace Seniors Rental Housing

Affordable rental housing for independent seniors age 55 and older and people with disabilities.

Our new one-bedroom homes offer seniors and people with disabilities, who are able to live independently, affordable housing in your home community.

The housing units have enhanced accessibility features including wider doorways, sit-down showers, reinforced bathroom grab bars and levered door knobs.

Each unit features:

• Cozy open floor plan (600 sq ft)
• Walkout rear patio door
• Energy efficient electric fridge, stove, and stacked washer & dryer 
• Tenant rent contributions are based on 30% of household income.

We welcome applications from seniors (55+) and persons with disabilities in Keremeos, Cawston, Hedley and Olalla.
