Counseling Services in Keremeos and Area
The CWWA Program provides individual support to youngsters, ages 3-18 who are in a stable situation but who sometimes have difficulties because of their experience with past violence at home. The program may also include support, education and groups for parents, educational talks/workshops in the community upon request, and groups in local schools.
Every year many children/adolescents witness domestic violence/abuse. Each child reacts differently to the abuse. The effects of family conflict can include:
